You can now buy our support packages after your purchase.  If you want to upgrade your software while retaining the functionality of our products you can purchase a support package and we will make sure it works for every minor interspire upgrade for the plan period and up to the purchased hours. 

This also includes any updates and feature enhancements to our products.  If you are in your plan period and the software has been updated for bug fixes you will be sent the update automatically.  Some plans include the feature updates as well.

Minor upgrades have version numbers like so:
4.01 upgraded to 4.02 or 4.09 to 4.1

Major upgrades require a custom quote and their version numbers are similar to:
4.2 to 5.0
